Garlic Chili Sauce

This garlic chili sauce is perfect for dipping egg rolls or coconut shrimp.  Garlic chili sauce is great for spicing up your favorite….whatever!  Thai chili’s can be ferociously spicy, so always test them before you make a batch of garlic chili sauce.  Substitute fresno’s for a less spicy alternative, or increase the sugar to help tame the heat without compromising the flavor.  Enjoy.
