Creamy Blue Cheese Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 tbl lemon juice
  • 3 ½ cups blended oil
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup blue cheese
  • 4 drops YL lemon oil
  • 3 drops YL black pepper oil

Instructions

  1. Add egg yolks, and lemon juice to food processor or blender.

  2. Puree on med/high speed while slowly drizzling in blended oil to make a mayo.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and pulse to combine.

  4. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
