Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 cup Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp shallot (minced)
- 2 tsp water
- season with salt and pepper to taste
- 2 drops YL Black Pepper Essential Oil
Add vinegar, water, garlic, shallot, S & P, essential oil, and honey to a blender.
On medium/high speed drizzle in olive oil to form the emulsion.
